Responsible for creating and developing networks of integration specialists and distributors in the Middle East and North Africa. Contribute in the development of business plans to ensure compliance with company strategy. Assist importers and distributors in their training and take part in ICT trade fairs with them.
As such, your wider responsibilities will include:
- Research of new distributors and integration specialists within the IT business.
- Agree contracts and negotiate qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Negotiate major projects in conjunction with integration specialists.
- Help integration specialists to respond to tenders.
- Ensure objectives are achieved in line with targets.
- Conduct training to develop business skills and techniques for staff in the area concerned.
- Communicate technical and business information to and from this network.
Travel in the sales area is expected (50% of time).
Requirements
Higher education in sales or marketing (business school, university or equivalent) with professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position (in IT or telecoms).
Fluent English and Arabic. Excellent relationship skills, charismatic and with a good understanding of the area. The ideal candidate will be driven, with a keen sense of sales and business development.
